History of Our Company

• Founded in March 1979 as SPH Enterprizes, we started out as a Car Stereo Installation service.
• Throughout the 1980’s we expanded into general electronics and later mobile cell phone installations.
• In the 1990’s we started sub-contracting for various two-way radio service providers including Motorola LMR / PSR doing high-end and custom commercial and public safety two-way radio installation. We also provided bench tech services in the consumer electronics and commercial two-way radio sectors.
• In the 2000’s we moved into the data and structured wiring arena, providing commercial, office and datacenter structured wiring services. This also led us into various on-line activities including creating and running popular websites. In 2002 we opened up our web hosting division.
• Ownership until 2012 was a simple sole proprietorship. In Feb 2012, SPH Enterprices formed a Limited Liability Company and became know as SPH Enterprizes, LLC
